PURPOSE AND EFFECT: To implement the provisions of the general education core courses in Section 1007.25, F.S., and identifies the core course options for each of five subject disciplines: communications, mathematics, social sciences, humanities, and natural sciences. This amendment will consider new or revised general education core course options, the new standards and principles established in s. 1007.55, F.S., and institutional reviews of general education courses.

SUBJECT AREA TO BE ADDRESSED: General education course options available to Florida students in associate in applied science, associate in science, associate in arts, and baccalaureate degrees.
