Notice of Request for Proposal (RFP) and
Bidders Conference
Contingent upon the availability of funds, the Area Agency on Aging of Pasco-Pinellas, Inc. for Planning and Service Area 5 (Pasco and Pinellas Counties), will be contracting and is soliciting sealed proposals for Emergency Home Energy Assistance for the Elderly Program (EHEAP) Services starting April 1st, 2013 in Pinellas County Florida. Services are to be provided to households containing an individual 60 years of age and older and having a Heating or Cooling crisis.
Specifications for proposals may be obtained at the Bidder's Conference on:

Sealed proposals are due by 3:00 PM, on December 17th, 2012 with opening immediately following. The Area Agency on Aging reserves the right to reject any and all proposals not complying with specifications and requested information.
