NOTICE OF CHANGE

Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 38, No. 36, September 7, 2012 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.

The following changes were made in the documents incorporated by reference in Rule 6A-1.099825, FAC.

 

Policies and Procedures for Curriculum Approval (Page 7) - The word “sample” has been inserted in front of the words “skills trace template” on page 7.  The word “affidavit” on page 9 has been changed to “agreement.”

 

Form VPK Curr 4 -   The form has been amended as shown: 

 

I hereby agree that I will faithfully adhere to the spirit and intent of Florida’s stated procedures as they pertain to the ethical standards for selection of curriculum materials as outlined in the VPK Curriculum Approval Process. Furthermore, the ethical standards outlined in statute related to instructional materials adoption and applied to VPK curriculum, and made a part of the Submission Packet, as well as the signing of this agreement affidavit, have been shared in writing with all company representatives registered to do business in Florida.
