NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Florida Public Service Commission has received a petition from Utilities, Inc., of Florida in Docket No. 160101-WS filed October 10, 2016, for variance of a specific provision from subsection 25-30.437(3), Florida Administrative Code. The portion of the rule from which the utility is requesting waiver addresses the requirement to provide additional detailed billing analyses for each rate change period in the test year.
