NOTICE OF CHANGE
Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 48 No. 187, September 26, 2022 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.
In response to public comment the rule is amended as follows:
(1) No change.
(2) Definitions. In this rule, the following definitions apply:
(a) through (c) No change.
(d) “School or grade-level reading list” means a list of required reading material for a student in an elementary school, or ; it must be required at one or more elementary school grade levels; and
(e) No change.
(3) through (4) No change.
