PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The purpose of this rule amendment is to incorporate by reference the Developmental Disabilities Home and Community-Based Services Waiver Provider Rate Table, January 1, 2007. The effect will be to incorporate the Developmental Disabilities Home and Community-Based Services Waiver Provider Rate Table, January 1, 2007, into rule.
