NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY
FLORIDA CATEGORICAL EXCLUSION NOTICE (FCEN)
Town of Havana
The Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) has determined that the Town of Havana’s project involving construction of 5,500 linear feet of 10 inch water main will not adversely affect the environment. The estimated project cost for the water main installation is $150,000. The project may qualify for a State Revolving Fund (SRF) loan composed of federal and state funds. FDEP will consider public comments about the environmental impacts of the proposed project that are postmarked or delivered at the address below within 30 days of this notice.
