The Florida Public Service Commission announces a hearing in the following docket to which all persons are invited.
DOCKET NO. AND TITLE: 160021-EI - Petition for rate increase by Florida Power & Light Company; Docket No. 160061-EI - Petition for approval of 2016-2018 storm hardening plan, by Florida Power & Light Company; Docket No. 160062-EI - 2016 depreciation and dismantlement study by Florida Power & Light Company; Docket No. 160088-EI - Petition for limited proceeding to modify and continue incentive mechanism, by Florida Power & Light Company.

GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED AT THE HEARING: In accordance with Order No. PSC-16-0456-PCO-EI, the Commission will reopen the hearing in Docket No. 160021-EI at the above time and place. The purpose of this hearing is for the Commission to take supplemental testimony on the terms and conditions of the settlement agreement not previously addressed, and to consider any motions or other matters that may be pending at the time of the hearing. The Commission may rule on any such motions from the bench or may take the matters under advisement.
