NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on October 12, 2016, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation received a petition for waiver from Trinity Towers South Preservation Associates, LLLP requesting to waive paragraph 67-48.041(1)(c) seeking to allow to lengthening the maturity date of the EHCL loan from 15 to 32 years.

The Petition has also been posted on Florida Housing’s website at floridahousing.org.
