NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on October 13, 2016, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation received a petition for waiver from Tacolcy Tuscany Cove I, LLC requesting a waiver of Rule 67-21.003(1)(a) so that its Non-Competitive Application may be amended to allow the conversion of the entity structure of Tacolcy from a limited liability company to a limited liability limited partnership.

The Petition has also been posted on Florida Housing’s website at floridahousing.org. Florida Housing will accept comments concerning the Petition for 14 days from the date of publication of this notice.
