    NOTICE OF CHANGE

    Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 45 No. 12, January 17, 2019 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.

    The following changes are being made to the Child Facility Handbook, incorporated by reference into the rule.

    Section 7.5. paragraph C will be removed.

    Section 3.9.8 will be amended to include grandfathering language and notification of usage requirements.

    Section 4.2.4 will be amended regarding the number of child care personnel that provide direct supervision to children in care who are required to be certified in pediatric CPR; in addition, first aid training requirements will be clarified.

    The documentation requirement regarding outdoor play areas in Section 3.1(A) will be removed.

    The language in Section 3.5(D) will revert to the language in the proposed rule published on January 17, 2019.

    In Section 3.12(d)(3), the words “request(ing)” will be changed to “notify(ing)”
