NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on October 11, 2019, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation, received a petition for waiver of paragraphs 67-21.0025(7)(c) and 67-21.003(1)(b), F.A.C., from Fairfield Abbey Park, LP, requesting a waiver which requires a natural person principal by a third principal disclosure level.
