    GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: The Florida Citrus Commission will convene for the purpose of standing committee meetings and their regularly scheduled meeting of the Commission. The Commission will address issues pertaining to budget items and revisions, contracts, advertising programs, program evaluation measurements, licensing, issues pertaining to Chapter 601, rulemaking including, but not limited to, the final hearing on amendments to 20-9, 20-10, 20-36.007, 20-44.001, 20-69.001, 20-71, 20-91.008, 20 98.006 and 20 100.004 changing “tax” to “assessment;” amendment to 20-108.004, adding the bond schedule removed from Chapter 601; 20-13.003 regarding the membership of the Fruit Classification and Standards Committee; and new rules 20-50, 20-51, 20-52, 20-53, 20-54, 20-55, 20-56 and 20-82 placing the maturity standards removed from Chapter 601 into Department of Citrus rules; and any other matters addressed during regular meetings of the Commission.
