The property is located in Palm Beach County, Section 34, Township 41 South, Range 42 East, at 137 Sedona Way, Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33418. The petition seeks relief from provisions in subsection 40E-24.201(6), Florida Administrative Code, which states that irrigation of existing landscaping shall be conducted on specific days, pursuant to Section 120.542, Fla. Stat.
