GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: The Board took public testimony on this rule at public hearings held on August 2, 2013, and October 3, 2013. The Board will consider the testimony from the public hearings and make a determination on whether changes need to be made to the proposed rule. The rule amendment was published in Vol. 39, No. 95 of the May 15, 2013, issue of the Florida Administrative Register (FAR).
