Lake Wales Medical Center emergency service exemption

The Agency for Health Care Administration has received applications for emergency service exemption from Lake Wales Medical Center located at 410 S 11th St., Lake Wales, FL 33853 pursuant to Section 395.1041(3), Florida Statutes and 59A-3.255, Florida Administrative Code. The hospital is requesting emergency service exemptions for Gastroenterology, Gynecology, Urology, Neurology, Ophthalmology, & Otolaryngology. Comments received within 15 days of publication will be considered by the Agency prior to making a determination of exemption status.
