    67-21.003Application and Selection Process for Developments

    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on October 14, 2014, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation received a petition for waiver from Towers of Jacksonville, LP, requesting a waiver from paragraphs 67-21.003(8)(a) and (b), F.A.C., and the 2014 Non-Competitive Application Instructions, Housing Credit Program, Part A, Section 2(a)(2), in order to allow the substitution of the General Partner. Part A, Section 2(a)(2) of the Instructions states that no material change (33% more of the Applicant, a general partner of the applicant, or a member of the applicant) in the ownership structure of the named Applicant shall result in disqualification from receiving funds.

The Petition has also been posted on Florida Housing’s website at floridahousing.org.
