48th CST Ready Building, Pinellas Park, FL (Project No. 120195)

J. Kokolakis Contracting, Inc. (JKC) (CGC-062093), the Design-Builder for the 48th CST Ready Building hereby solicits sealed proposals for the referenced project in accordance with the proposal documents to include but not limited to the following:

A pre-proposal meeting will be held on Wednesday, 11/12/14, at 10:00 a.m. at a location to be determined. Contact JKC to confirm location prior to date of meeting.

Deadline for receipt of Proposal Packages (Listed Above) has been set for Tuesday, 11/25/14, at 2:00 p.m. Only proposals received on or before the time and date listed will be considered. All proposals received after 2:00 p.m., of the day specified above, will be returned unopened.

All interested subcontractors must be pre-qualified. Subcontractors must submit pre-qualification prior to Friday, 11/7/14 at 5:00 p.m. in order to be considered for this project. Pre-qualification information will be provided upon request using JKC ISqFt portal. Requests for pre-qualification information should be transmitted to [e-mail] and [e-mail].

The DMA and JKC are committed to providing equal opportunity and strongly encourage all interested M/WBE and SBE firms to submit proposals.

Drawings will be made available on Thursday, 11/6/14 by 5:00 p.m. Drawings will be available via the JKC ISqFt portal. Each pre-qualified subcontractor will be provided an Invitation to Bid (ITB). Subcontractors are responsible for all shipping and printing costs.

The DMA and JKC reserve the right to accept or reject any and all proposal in whole or part to waive informalities and irregularities.

No verbal instruction or directives will be accepted regarding this project during the proposal period. All instructions or directives must be clarified through written Addenda or Supplements. All questions regarding the work should be directed to the Design-Builder, in writing by Friday, 11/14/14 at 5:00 p.m. to [e-mail]. The Owner and Architect will not accept calls regarding this project.

All future updates regarding this project will only be posted to pre-qualified bidders only.
