NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on October 09, 2018, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation, received a petition for waiver of paragraph 67-21.003(8)(j) from Trinity Towers East Preservation Associates, LLLP, requesting a waiver to decrease the total set-aside percentage from 90% to 85% of the 156 units.

The Petition has also been posted on Florida Housing’s website at floridahousing.org. Florida Housing will accept comments concerning the Petition for 14 days from the date of publication of this notice.
