    GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: Public Meeting to discuss the implementation of appropriation of $20,000,000 in non-recurring funds from the State Housing Trust Fund to be used for homeownership assistance in counties and municipalities which have reduced impact fees within twelve months prior to this act or reduce impact fees subsequent to the act by a minimum of 25% for a period of not less than 18 months. Florida Housing is contemplating administering the funds through the State Housing Initiatives Partnership (SHIP) program. At this meeting, Florida Housing will explain the proposed process for local government participation in this initiative and take comments.
