FLORIDA CATEGORICAL EXCLUSION NOTICE (FCEN)
Town of Otter Creek
The Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) has determined that the Town of Otter Creek’s project involving construction of a potable water transmission main, and storage, pumping and treatment facilities will not adversely affect the environment. The total estimated project cost is $3,063,300. The project may qualify for a State Revolving Fund (SRF) loan composed of federal and state funds. FDEP will consider public comments about the environmental impacts of the proposed project that are postmarked or delivered at the address below within 30 days of this notice.
