DATE AND TIME: Thursday, October 24, 2013, 5:30 p.m., Formal Presentation at 6:30 p.m., followed by a public comment period. In the event that the public hearing cannot be held on October 24, 2013 due to severe weather or other unforeseen conditions, it will be held on the alternative date of November 7, 2013 at the same time at the FDOT District Four Auditorium, 3400 W.
