    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on October 10, 2013, the Electrical Contractors’ Licensing Board has received the petition for declaratory statement from Gregory J. Benak, Esquire on behalf of G4S Technology LLC. The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of Section 489.505 (2)(a) and (7), F.S. as it applies to the petitioner.

    The petition seeks the Board’s interpretation of Section 489.505 (2)(a) and (7), F.S., as to whether underground conduit installation is within the scope of a Certified Alarm System Contractor I. Except for good cause shown, motions for leave to intervene must be filed within 21 days after publication of this notice.
