    67-48.002Definitions

    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on October 15, 2019, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation, received a petition for Waiver of the Qualified Allocation Plan's (QAP) Requirement for Returning Housing Credit Allocations and subsection 67-48.002(96) from Amaryllis Park Place Development Partners, LLC to waive the QAP's prohibition from returning Housing Credit Allocations prior to the last quarter of 2020; to allow the immediate return of Petitioner's 2018 Housing Credit Allocation; and to immediately allocate new Housing Credits to Petitioner with a later placed in service date, in an amount equal to the amount of its 2018 Housing Credit Allocation with no further fees imposed.

The Petition has also been posted on Florida Housing’s website at floridahousing.org. Florida Housing will accept comments concerning the Petition for 14 days from the date of publication of this notice.
