NOTICE OF CHANGE

Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 38, No. 37, September 14, 2012 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.

61-35.026 Florida Real Estate Appraisal Departmental Forms.

(1) through (2)(c) No change.

(2)(d) Persons applying for a non-resident temporary practice permit shall use Form DBPR FREAB 13, Application for Non-resident Temporary Practice Permit, effective October April 2012, is adopted and incorporated by reference.

(2)(e) through (2)(j) no change.

 

Incorporated reference Form DBPR FREAB 13, Application for Non-resident Temporary Practice Permit, effective April 2012, the Department added a Notarized Statement Section for the applicant to provide a notarized statement that the applicant has read section 475.630 and all applicable rules and agrees to abide by the provisions as required by paragraph 475.630(2)(d).  The Department also added a statement in the Affirmation by Written Declaration that the applicant “agree to cooperate with any investigation initiated under Section 475.630…” as required by 475.630(2)(c).
