The Florida Department of Transportation, District 2 announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME: October 25, 2018, 4:30 - 6:30 p.m.

PLACE: Keystone Heights City Hall, 555 South Lawrence Blvd., Keystone Heights, FL

GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) invites you to attend a public meeting to discuss proposed improvements to State Road 21. The FDOT is proposing to mill and resurface SR-21 from the Putnam County line to north of Commercial Circle in Keystone Heights, FL. Portions of this project are in Bradford, Clay and Putnam Counties. In addition to the milling and resurfacing, the Department will be improving the safety of the roadway by widening the paved shoulders, improving the lighting with the Town of Keystone Heights, and adding mid-block crossings and bulb-outs as part of the Town’s Streetscape project. Additionally, signal and pedestrian improvements at the intersection with SR-100 are also being proposed. Public participation is sought without regard to race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin, disability or family status.
