NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on October 2, 2018, the Board of Nursing Home Administrators, received a petition for Variance or Waiver filed by Michael Buxton, seeking a permanent variance or waiver of a portion of Rule 64B10-16.003, Florida Administrative Code, so that he may operate an Administrator-in-Training program at Lutheran Haven Nursing Home; specifically, seeking a waiver from subsection (3), which provides that the skilled nursing facility at which an administrator-in-training program takes place should have at least 60 beds.
