UPDATED SECOND AMENDED REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
South Florida Community Care Network, LLC d/b/a Community Care Plan (CCP) issued an amendment to the Request for Proposal (RFP) for Transportation Services for Medicaid Members published on October 4, 2018 (Vol. 44/194) in the Florida Administrative Register.
CCP provides notice of the following updated schedule relating to the Second Amended Request for Proposal:
The expected award date of the RFP is December 1, 2018. The contract for transportation services to CCP Medicaid members will begin on March 1, 2019.
CCP reserves the right to accept or reject, in whole or in part and for any reason whatsoever, any and all responses to the Request for Proposal and to waive any formalities in the response process.
