Notice of Emergency Order
On October 15, 2018, the Office of Insurance Regulation issued an Emergency Order in case number 234790-18-EO. The Emergency Order is issued to all Insurers, HMOS, Premium Finance Companies, Surplus Lines and other entities regulated by the Office of Insurance Regulation. The Emergency Order is in response to the direct effects of Hurricane Michael and relates to policies issued to policyholders in the counties of Bay, Calhoun, Franklin, Gadsden, Gulf, Hamilton, Holmes, Jackson, Jefferson, Leon, Liberty, Madison, Suwannee, Taylor, Wakulla, and Washington.
