NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on September 4, 2019, the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Hotels and Restaurants, received a petition for Jasper SOFI LLC, dba Jasper Miami at 701 & 747 4th Street, Miami-Beach, FL. Petitioner seeks a variance of the requirements of paragraph 61C-1.004 (2)(a), Florida Administrative Code that requires public bathroom facilities in the lobby of a hotel which poses a significant hardship. Any interested person may file comments within 14 days of the publication of this notice with Division of Hotels and Restaurants, 2601 Blair Stone Road, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-1011 (VW 2019-176).
