NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on October 8, 2019, the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Hotels and Restaurants, Bureau of Elevator Safety, received a petition for BRFL Associates, LLC dba Holiday Inn Express Brandon at 510 Grand Regency Blvd, Brandon, FL. Petitioner seeks an emergency variance of the requirements of ASME A17.1, Sections 2.2.2.3 and 2.2.2.5, as adopted by Rule 61C-5.001, Florida Administrative Code that requires a drain or sump pump which poses a significant economic/financial hardship.
