    GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: General information about the proposed RTP grant to improve existing equestrian trails and establish additional trails and trailhead on the Lake Talquin State Forest. A connector trail is proposed to connect the existing Fort Braden trails through the highway 20 tract of Lake Talquin State Forest to the Apalachicola National Forest across Blountstown Highway.
