The Board of Psychology hereby gives notice:

That on October 11, 2016, an Order was filed on the Petition for Variance or Waiver. The Petition was filed by Nicole Kahhan, on August 10, 2016, seeking a variance or waiver from Rule 64B19-11.005, F.A.C., regarding appropriate supervised experience. The Notice was published in Volume 42, No. 159, of the Florida Administrative Register, on August 16, 2016. The Board, at its meeting held on September 23, 2016, voted to deny the Petition for Variance or Waiver finding that the Petitioner did not demonstrate a substantial hardship; that application of the rule did not violate the principles of fairness; and that the purpose of the underlying statute was not met.
