    The Board of Acupuncture hereby gives notice:

    That on June 14, 2016, an Order was filed on the Petition for Variance and Waiver. The Petition for Variance and Waiver was filed by Maria Eugenia Delangre, on April 21, 2016, seeking a variance or waiver from Rules 64B1-4.001 and 64B1-3.004, F.A.C., regarding the requirement of the rules that require the Chinese Herbology Module examination and that she be allowed to use years of experience in lieu of education for the licensure requirement. The Notice was published in Volume 42, No. 99, of the Florida Administrative Register, on May 20, 2016. The Board reviewed the Petition as its meeting held on June 10, 2016. Petitioner amended her pending licensure application from “endorsement through another state “to” “endorsement by board-approved national certification.” Petitioner’s application was approved, conditioned upon proof of NCCAOM certificate. The Petition for Variance or Waiver became moot and is dismissed.
