The Board of Acupuncture hereby gives notice:

That on June 14, 2016, an Order was filed on the Petition for Variance or Waiver. The Petition was filed by Roxanne Kalish, on May 11, 2016, seeking a variance or waiver from Rule 64B1-3.004, F.A.C., as to the requirement of the rule that requires Chinese Herbology Module examination. The Notice was published in Volume 42, No. 99 of the Florida Administrative Register, on May 20, 2016. The Board, at its meeting held on June 14, 2016, voted to deny the Petition for Variance or Waiver finding that the Petitioner did not show that the purpose of the underlying statute was achieved by other means.
