NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on October 4, 2018, the Department of Environmental Protection, received a petition for variance from Babcock Ranch Community Independent Special District. The petition requested a variance for storage requirements for the Town and Country Utility Water Reclamation Facility from subsection 62-610.464(3) F.A.C., which requires a minimum of one day’s worth of reject storage. The facility is located at 13150 SR 31, Punta Gorda 33982, in Section 19, Township 42 S, Range 26 E in Charlotte County, at lat 26°48’24”/long 81°45’22”. The petition has been assigned OGC #18-1344 and File No. FLA665495-012.
