PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The proposed rule amendment implements penalties for failure to comply with Rule 61G3-19.009, F.A.C.
SUMMARY: The proposed rule amendment implements penalties for failure to comply with Rule 61G3-19.009, F.A.C.
SUMMARY OF STATEMENT OF ESTIMATED REGULATORY COSTS: A Statement of Estimated Regulatory Costs has been prepared. The Board determined the proposed changes to the rule will have an impact on small businesses, if, for a second time, the individual(s) fail to comply with Rule 61G3-21.012, F.A.C., a citation will be issued. The non-compliant individual(s) would also be fined $100 up to a $500 cap.
Any person who wishes to provide information regarding a statement of estimated regulatory costs, or provide a proposal for a lower cost regulatory alternative must do so in writing within 21 days of this notice.

61G3-21.001 Normal Penalty Ranges.

The following guidelines shall be used in disciplinary cases, absent aggravating or mitigating circumstances and subject to the other provisions of this chapter.

(1) through (11) No change.

(12) Rule 61G3-19.009, F.A.C.: Failure to place license in conspicuous place for public viewing. Display of License. $100.00 $50.00 fine per violation up to a $500.00 $250.00 cap.
