PURPOSE AND EFFECT: To establish an application process for Florida Veteran Business Enterprise Certification as required in section 295.187(7), Florida Statutes, to adopt and incorporate by reference a Division application form for Florida Veteran Business Enterprise Certification, to establish a revocation procedure for non-compliant certified businesses, and to establish enforcement processes for certified businesses reporting requirements.
