NOTICE OF PETITION FOR DECLARATORY STATEMENT
The Board of Cosmetology hereby gives notice that on September 16, 2014, it received a Petition for Declaratory Statement filed by Carmen Sardinas on behalf of Garcia Facial Plastic Surgery. The Petitioner does not state which Rule or Florida Statute she is requesting the Board’s opinion. However it appears the Petitioner is asking whether providing Intense Pulse Light (IPL laser) services are within the scope of practice of a trained esthetician.
