    DATE AND TIME: Tuesday, October 23, 2018, 5:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m., CT

    PLACE: First Baptist Church of Chipley, Youth Building, 1300 South Boulevard, Chipley, Florida 32428

    GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) invites you to attend a public information meeting concerning proposed improvements to the intersection of State Road 77 (Main Street) and County Road 273 (South Boulevard). The intent of this project is to improve the intersection by constructing sidewalk along the south side of South Boulevard and the west side of State Road 77. Additional improvements include making minor drainage improvements, and upgrading the signal and lighting. This project will be constructed with FPID 433574-1, which will add sidewalk on the west side of S.R. 77 (Main Street) from 5th Street to South Boulevard. Bids for construction are scheduled to be received in fall 2020.

    Maps, drawings, and other information will be on display. There will be no formal presentation; however, FDOT representatives will be available to discuss proposed improvements, answer questions, and receive comments.
