  • NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on October 04, 2006, the Bureau of Elevator Safety, received a petition for Emergency Variance from 3.4, A.S.M.E. 17.1, 2000 Edition, as adopted by Rule 61C-5.001, Florida Administrative Code, requesting to have 11ft 2in top of car clearance on one side of the shaft.
