NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on October 04, 2006, the Bureau of Elevator Safety, received a petition for Emergency Variance from 2.7.3.2 and 2.7.3.3, A.S.M.E. 17.1, 2000 Edition, as adopted by Rule 61C-5.001, Florida Administrative Code, pertaining to access to machine spaces.
