PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The Board proposes the rule amendment to clarify language concerning the requirements for certification; to update the requirement for compliance with Section 489.522(2)(c), F.S. regarding the primary qualifying agents authority for approving checks, payments, drafts and contracts on behalf of the business organization; to clarify the language concerning the statement of authority.
