  • The Department of Environmental Protection, Bureau of Assessment and Restoration Support announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.
    DATE AND TIME: Tuesday, November 1, 2011, 10:00 a.m.
    PLACE: St. Johns County Utility Department, Matanzas Room, 1205 State Road 16, St. Augustine, Florida 32084
    GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: This meeting is to present the final lists of waterbodies and water segments within the Upper East Coast basin verified as impaired pursuant to Chapter 62-303, Florida Administrative Code, and waters proposed for delisting from Florida’s 303(d) list. The final lists will be placed on the Department’s Watershed Assessment website at: http://www.dep.state.fl.us/water/watersheds/assessment/index.htm by October 21, 2011, and will be provided upon request to interested parties by mail or via e-mail distribution. The Department will accept written comments on the final lists beginning October 21, 2011 and ending November 18, 2011.
