PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The Agency is proposing to amend the rule governing home health agency geographic service areas. Rule 59A-8.007, F.A.C., will be revised to include applicants for change of ownership and the addition of skilled care services. Revisions will specify these applicants must also apply for/designate one or more counties within the geographic service area in which its main office is located.
