FLORIDA FINDING OF NO SIGNIFICANT IMPACT
City of LaBelle
The Florida Department of Environmental Protection has determined that the City of LaBelles project involving construction of a new well field, new WTP building, pretreatment facilities, two membrane softening units, chemical feed facilities, a new finished water storage tank, high service pumps, and concentrate disposal system will not adversely affect the environment. The total cost of the project is estimated to be $15,300,000. The project may qualify for a Drinking Water State Revolving Fund loan composed of federal funds and state funds.
