NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on October 12, 2012, the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Hotels and Restaurants, Bureau of Elevator Safety, received a petition for 9th Fairway Condominium @ Green Dolphin Park. Petitioner seeks an emergency variance of the requirements of ASME A17.1a, Section 303.3d, as adopted by 61C-5.001(1), Florida Administrative Code that requires upgrading the elevators shut off valve which poses a significant economic/financial hardship.
