    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on October 16, 2012, the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Hotels and Restaurants, Bureau of Elevator Safety, received a petition for Georgia-Pacific Consumer Operations, LLC. Petitioner seeks an emergency variance of the requirements of ASME A17.1a, Section 2.14.1.9.1, as adopted by 61C-5.001(1), Florida Administrative Code that requires upgrading the elevators equipment inside cars which poses a significant economic/financial hardship.
