NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on October 17, 2012, the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Hotels and Restaurants, Bureau of Elevator Safety, received a petition for Hawaiian Inn. Petitioner seeks an emergency variance of the requirements of ASME A17.3, Section 3.4.4, as adopted by 61C-5.001(1), Florida Administrative Code that requires upgrading the elevators emergency exits which poses a significant economic/financial hardship.
