NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on October 10, 2014, the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, received a petition for Waiver from J.L. Adams, as representative for Sleegers Engineered Products, Inc., of London, Ontario, Canada. The Petition requests a permanent waiver from paragraph 5F-11.048 (1)(a), F.A.C., which mandates certain requirements for construction and operation of storage units for cylinders awaiting use, resale, or exchange.
